VAT is included for any order within the EU. No additional charges or customs will be charged within the EU.

Any customs duties and/or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.If you have any further questions about VAT and VAT deduction, please feel free to e-mail us. We will never lower the value of a product to avoid customs.
PO boxes
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses (including Aramex addresses) at this time.
Shipping restrictions
General
Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We'll let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.
Shoe care
Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items by air. Where available, select our Standard delivery option at checkout.
How to track your order
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, this can take longer during Sale.
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a DHL tracking number to track its progress online. Please note that we ask also phone number to allow you the full benefit of DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) service.
Signing for your purchase
You can rest assured that we'll keep your purchase safe until it reaches you. Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase.
If you won't be in, you can choose to waive the signature on the shipping page at checkout. Please be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Please note, orders containing items of high value may still require a signature, even if you did not select to sign for your order on arrival.
